As the economy tightens clients need solutions that are affordable. We do preliminary budgets before completing designs. Clients like Jack Fox, Dick Faith, Bob Praegitzer and Rick Morrow came to Gene repeatedly to have solutions to match their budgets. Gene also was the technical advisor for saving Salem Cherriots building, proposing and securing a solution that cost $23 million versus Portland Designer's was 65 million.
