Description
Web Lake is a lake on the outskirts of Silverton Oregon. With the approval of the city, the area around the lake will be developed into a residential zone where homes will cantilever over the lake with roof patios above. The estimated range of value will be $800,000 to $1,200,000.
Theme
The theme for the development has two components of it: large open backs and different architectural styles for the front facade. The backs will have large picture windows to take advantage of the scenic view of the lake, while the different fronts will create make it so that every house is unique and stands out from the surrounding houses.
